my new toy

Grandma Cheryl was able to come and visit us last week and we enjoyed having her here. We were able to hang out at home and watch some good movies, play some games, eat some great food and play with Elliot.

6 months old

Can't believe that Elliot is a few days short of being six months old. We just went to his 6 month check up and these were his measurements...
Weight.... 17.3 lbs
Lenght...26 inches
head....17.5 inches

He just cracks us up!!! He loves to scream, laugh, crawl, chase after the cat, hold his bottle and anything else he learns to do that day.

Vacation to Spokane

We got back yesterday from visiting friends and family in Spokane, WA. It was such a great visit and I didn’t want to come back to Kansas City. We had so much fun playing games, staying up late and eating lots and lots of food! Casey got hurt (again) but luckily is able to limp around and get to where he needs to be. Elliot had a great time having everyone hold him and give him lots of loven. My mom took care of the little guy during the night so I could get a much needed break. (thanks mom!) Can’t believe our trip has come and gone already.

Elliot really did a good job on flying. The last flight home he was just too tired to be in a good mood. We got stuck on the plain for 2 hours while they tried to fix the problem. Meanwhile Elliot was having a fit! Once we got home and he was settled in his crib he slept like a little baby should!
